EXPERIENCE

1960-1963	Communications Officer - U. S. Navy
1963-1970	District Engineer, District Plant Manager and State Outside Plant Engineering Manger for Mountain Bell Telephone Company. Responsible for all District Engineering offices in New Mexico.
1970-1976	Partner in engineering firm of Bohannan-Westman-Huston and Associates. Consulting engineers in the fields of civil, photogrammetric and telecommunications engineering with offices in Albuquerque and El Paso, Texas.
1976-1980	President and Chairman of the Board of Universal Industries, Inc., parent company of Universal Constructors, Inc., Co-Con, Inc., Mountain States Constructors, Inc., Uni-Constructors, Inc., and Materials, Inc. - heavy, highway, utility, and mining contractors and manufacturers of pre-cast concrete products. The company was sold in 1980.
1980-1988	President, Westman Enterprises, land development and construction; President, Materials, Inc., pre-cast concrete products.
1996-2000	President, Villas de Las Huertas Development Company
1980-Present	President, Westman Investments, real estate and land development; real estate brokerage.
1980-Present	President, M I Corporation, real estate and construction.
1994-2005	President, WI Corporation, real estate property management.
