Jack Westman is a registered Professional Engineer in New Mexico and Texas, a licensed General Contractor in New Mexico and a New Mexico Real Estate Broker. Services performed are as an owner/developer, contract developer, construction manager, development consultant or as a real estate broker.

Mr. Westman's Contractors license is held by MI Corporation. The Company is licensed for GA-98 and GF-98 construction work.

Mr. Westman is the President of IMS Holding Company. The Company owns and operates the International Market Square, a 450,000 square foot interior design center and furniture mart in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This property is a historic renovation of the Munsingwear factory.
